Base Rate vs. Total Cost

The base rate displayed during your search represents the cost of renting the vehicle for the specified duration. However, it may not reflect the full amount you will ultimately pay. The final price may include taxes, fees, insurance (optional or mandatory), add-ons, and location-specific surcharges.

To ensure clarity, we always strive to display the "Total Estimated Cost" on the checkout page before you confirm your booking. This includes known taxes and service fees.

Included in Your Rental Price

Depending on the rental provider and location, your price may include:

• Basic vehicle rental charges
• Standard mileage allowance
• Third-party liability insurance (if required by local law)
• Airport concession fees and surcharges
• Local/state taxes (when applicable)

Not Included in Base Price (May Be Added Later)

The following items are typically not included in the initial base price and may be added at checkout or at the rental counter:

• Fuel charges (if vehicle is not returned with a full tank)

• Optional insurance coverage (CDW, LDW, etc.)

XpertCarRental frequently offers promotional rates, coupon codes, and seasonal discounts in partnership with our rental providers. Prices displayed are subject to change at any time due to demand, availability, and promotional adjustments.

We recommend completing your booking promptly to lock in displayed prices. Dynamic pricing means that rates can fluctuate daily or even hourly.

Currency and Exchange Rates

All prices are displayed in your selected or local currency, based on your location or preference. If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply an exchange rate or transaction fee.
