• Booking Fee: A non-refundable fee applied at the time of reservation. This helps support operational and customer service costs.
• Modification Fee: A fee that may apply when changing reservation details such as pickup/drop-off time, location, or vehicle category after confirmation.
• Cancellation Fee: If the reservation is canceled outside of the free cancellation window, a service fee may apply in addition to any supplier penalties.
• Late Return Fee: If the vehicle is returned past the scheduled time, additional service charges may apply.
• No-Show Fee: If the customer fails to appear for the rental without prior cancellation, the full rental cost and service fees may be charged.

3. When Are Service Fees Charged?

Most service fees are collected at the time of booking or upon modification/cancellation of a reservation. Fees may also be billed after the rental is complete if applicable, such as in the case of a late return.

4. Are Service Fees Refundable?

Service fees are generally non-refundable, except in the event of:

• Cancellation within the free cancellation period, if applicable and permitted by the rental provider.
• Failure to fulfill a booking due to provider-side unavailability or errors.
