Your Right to Cancel

At XpertCarRental, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. That’s why we offer a flexible and transparent cancellation policy designed to provide peace of mind when booking your rental vehicle. You may cancel your reservation at any time before the scheduled pickup, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Free Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund, unless otherwise specified during the booking process. No cancellation fee will apply in this case.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a late cancellation fee, which can vary depending on the rental partner, vehicle category, and pickup location. In some cases, this fee may be equivalent to one day’s rental charge or a fixed penalty as disclosed during checkout.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up at the rental location at the scheduled time and have not cancelled your booking in advance, it will be considered a “no-show.” In such cases:

  • No refund will be issued.
  • The full prepaid amount may be forfeited.
  • Future reservations may require confirmation or deposit.

Early Returns

If you return the vehicle earlier than your scheduled return date, you may not be eligible for a refund of the unused rental days. Refunds for early returns are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific rental agreement issued by the local rental partner at the time of pickup.

Modifications Instead of Cancellation

If you need to change your reservation rather than cancel it, please contact our customer service team as early as possible. We will assist in modifying:

  • Pickup or drop-off dates and times
  • Pickup or drop-off location
  • Vehicle category (subject to availability)

Change fees may apply depending on the rental terms and vehicle availability.

Prepaid Bookings with Third-Party Partners

Some bookings on XpertCarRental may be fulfilled by third-party providers. In such cases, their cancellation policies may apply. These policies will be presented at the time of booking and detailed in your confirmation email. Always review them carefully.

How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation, please use one of the following methods:

When contacting us, please provide your reservation ID and the name on the booking to expedite your request.

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days from the cancellation confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
